We accept returns and exchanges for physical products (stickers and crafts) under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items that are damaged due to customer handling, improper use, or normal wear and tear cannot be returned.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of errors or defects.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Digital refund: All Digital products are NON REFUNDABLE!
